Job Scope:
- Scheduling regular meetings and recording decisions (e.g. assigned tasks and next steps).
- Setting timeframes to ensure to meet up client deadline and excel in organizing planning.
- Creating and updating workflows.
- Conduct risk analyses.
- Prepare and provide documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders.
- Retrieve necessary information (e.g. user/client requirements and relevant case studies).
- Track expenses and predict future costs.
- Monitor project progress and address potential issues.
- Coordinate quality controls to ensure deliverables meet requirements.
- Measure and report on project performance.
- Act as the point of contact for all participants.
- Design plans using computer-aided design and drafting (CADD) or AUTOCAD software.
- Work from rough sketches and specifications and help design with engineering and add details
- To plans/design from the knowledge of building techniques.
- Prepare multiple versions of designs for review by Project Manager as per client requirements.
- Specify dimensions, materials, and procedures for new project as per deadline.
Qualification:
- Diploma / Bachelor Degree that related
- Knowledge and experience in Autocad

Salary: From RM2,200.00 per month
