7. Ensure the cleanliness of the office.
8. Assist in controlling inventory level 3.
9. Filing documents.
10. Remind project meeting to related Project Group every morning.
11. Ensure all documents are sent to the right person.
12. To schedule and host meetings as per instructed.
13. To answer phone calls and divert to a related person.
14. To attend guests coming in.
15. To make a reservation for the meeting room.
16. Ensure the cleanliness of the office.
17. Perform other duties as required.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 8 months

Salary: RM2,000.00 per month
