Job Responsibilities:
1. Manage full-cycle of mass hiring, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and selecting candidates, up to onboarding stage
2. Adopt effective and innovative methods of recruitment in order to deliver headcount targets.
3. Participate in recruitment marketing programmes i.e. career talks and job fairs.
4. Prepare recruitment reports in order to monitor and assess effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
5. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with the hiring team candidates and external agencies.
6. Provide complete and accurate reporting on the process manages with high levels of data integrity and control.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. In-depth knowledge of candidates’ selection methods
3. Excellent understanding of full cycle recruitment processes
4. Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload, able to bear greater work pressure.
5. Possess strong communication skills and sense of teamwork, strong sense of responsibility, proactive, and conscientious in work.

Salary: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
